About Me: Looking for somewhere to cal home

Flatmate Situation: Friendly easy going guy with simple life. Just looking for a simple place to live. I work 8.30am while 5pm and go to the gym most of the evenings in the week straight from work so usually back home between 5.30pm and 8pm. I am just a single guy with no pets, children or ties. Usually in the evening when i get back i just have a shower and chill out really. I have to admit usually on a Wednesday night i enjoy the odd beer or two in the house with a dvd or something. Just something to chill out with half way through the week after work. Usually keep myself to myself quite a lot. Don't get me wrong, i do like to socialise and talk too and make a new friend and have a laugh. Have had both male and female housemates before and i'm sure they can provide a reference if required. Don't really have friends that come around as they are all married with their own famalies and go out occassionally. I do have a couple of single friends that i see from time to time. Mostly on a Saturday afternoon for a drink about once a month and i'm usually back before it's late (around 8pm - 9pm). Don't worry i won't bring any women back or make lots of noise. I'll probably come in and stick a dvd on or watch match of the day with a drink. That is usually a guarantee. I am not expecting much. Just somewhere to lay my head, do my washing and have a bite to eat. Looking for a freindly homely place. I don't want to just rent a room from someone. Actually want to be friends with who i live with and feel like it is a home. I am extremely tidy. Always guaranteed to clear up after myself....and other people sometimes. Very organised with everything having it's own place. I can be a private person but from time to time i would like someone to talk to in the evenings and share a drink with. I have my own car and own bits of furniture to bring so not expecting any special treatment. I am planning on buying a lot of new stuff once i do find a place. I do like a shower in the mornings and in the evenings, guess that is my only ask. Don't make a mess or spend hours upon hours in the bathroom but just thought it fair to let you know. Always wash up the pots, etc. I do have a sunbed that i may bring with me. It is in storage at the moment as i don't have room for it where i live. I am willing to share the use of it so if there is a part of the house that that it can go then that is fine, otherwise it will probably be just kept in my room. I'm not a big user of it, just nice to use from time to time.
