I'm pretty laid back, but am not interested in living in a college dorm (i.e. messy with parties going 24-7). I'm looking for flatmates that are also laid back professionals. | Flatmate Situation: Im clean tidy and try to keep my self to my sel in order to be respectful of others, although anyone who wants to be mates as well, that is also cool with me.
I have done house shares for the last 3 years and know the drill pretty much so im not a bad person to live with.
I am looking for a double room in Canterbury from 30th June. (thats when my tenancy runs out)
It needs to be furnished, and have a double bed because I've currently got a single bed and its worse than sleeping on the floor... (so big double comfty beds are a real winner for me!! hehe)
I do not currently work full time, but I am planning to go to Canterbury college in September to do an access course.( not sure whether this counts towards council tax excemptions?) I will obviously have some sort of part time job then as well. I am home a lot at the moment, but i do spend 99% of my time at home in my room as i do have a part time job working for a website.
I am willing to pay up to £300 a month maximum if the bills are included. I'd like it ideally within walking distance to Canterbury College but thats not completely necessary. Somewhere in the Spring Lane estate would be ideal?
I really don't mind if you have pets (as long as no big dogs or hairy spiders) and i dont mind if you smoke. I do smoke but i am happy to smoke outside.
I dont mind about gender, sexual orientation etc.
Im a genuine girl, and can provide references and 1 full months rent upfront. The deposit situation is a little difficult as i will not get my deposit back until around the 10th of July, so you would have to be happy to wait until then to get this.
