| Flatmate Situation: My partner and I are looking for a double room, preferably furnished, but not a major issue as we do have our own furniture in storage. We would love luxuries like an en-suite bathroom and wireless broadband etc and would be willing to pay for these but are quite realistic that there aren't many house shares out there that offer these facilities. Location is what's most important to us as I am a firefighter at Kettering station, on the Headlands, and need to be in easy driving distance for when I am on call. We are both professionals and currently both have full time and part time jobs so would not be hanging round the house very often. I love to tidy and my partner loves to clean. We have just moved out of our own house where we rented 2 rooms out to tenants so fully understand what it is like to open up your home to strangers and would be very respectfull of other peoples needs. We are quiet and mostly keep ourselves to ourselves but we do love to socialise and are always up for a nice dinner or a night out on the town!!! We can provide references and a deposit and are ready to move immediately, although that is not a necessity. My name is Yvonne, I am 24 and my partner is Alex he is 28.
