| Flatmate Situation: Hi, I'm 20 and easy going, likes things to be clean and tidy but am not obsessive, Like to stay in and chill out and go out to party. The room for rent is huge and can be partly furnished, it's newly decorated. The rest of the flat is also of a decent size, there's a seperate toilet and bathroom, the kitchen is fully equiped.

| Flatmate Situation: This is a brand new 3 bedroom house on the foxgrive gardens development about half way between the hospital and town centre (can easily walk to both). You will have use of the rest of the house and garden to treat as your own.
I'm 23 and spend most of my non-working time windsurfing sailing and cycling, and also enjoy the odd beer, bbq and a night out.

| Flatmate Situation: Circumstances have changed due to me being let down by a 'friend.' I now have a double room with a lovely view, in clean and lovely house, 10mins walk from town centre. There is plenty of off road parking and a garage. Also a spare room for any other storage space needed! Or computer. Room has a new carpet and is newly decorated and is furnished with a brand new double bed, new wardrobe and new chest of drawers. I work 3pm - 10pm so if you work 'normal' hours you will have a lot of time to yourself!
You will be sharing with just me, I much prefer living with just one and you will be renting half the house as opposed to just the room.
Brand new kithchen and bathroom... everything is new and shiny :)
