About Me: FANTASTIC LARGE ROOM OVERLOOKING PARK, GOOD TRANSPORT LINKS AND CLOSE TO CITY CENTRE

Flatmate Situation: RENT IS BETWEEN Ł65 AND Ł75 A WEEK AND ITS NEGOTIABLE!!!! SORRY NO DSS PLEASE!!! I work full time and do differant shifts throughtout the week so Id be away from the house quite often. Im a very easy going typical bloke who takes pride in his surroundings being clean and tidy would like whoever decides to live here to also be a clean, fairly tidy tennant who has a professional work life or a student who can afford the rent and pay on time without fail. The house itself backs onto the Vernon Park in Basford which has its own tennis courts, football pitches, park and fairly large duck pond which is often used for fishing. The park is also used by many for running. The room available overlooks the park and isnt overlooked by other houses. Its a good size with a feature fire place and plenty of room for a double wardrobe and large double bed and more. There is one bathroom which will be shared but has a bath and seperate shower cubicle. Downstairs has a nice modern kitchen with all your usual amenities, theres a large dining room and a good size living room with wall mounted flat screen TV and SKY. There is an internet access point which can be easily reconnected once the tennant moves in. There is also a nice sized rear yard with garden furniture and BBQ area, (not much now use i admit, with the summer ending). There is also a really nice local pub which provides good entertainment, quiz nites/karaoke/sky+setanta channels for all sports coverage and wonderful cheap pub grub.
