Flatmate Situation: My house is five years old and is located in the London Borough of Bexley which is 35 minutes from central London by train. The house is 5 minutes from the A2, 40 minutes form Gatwick and Stanstead and 10 minutes from Bluewater. Flatmate Situation: The property is new from March 2006, and is decorated in a modern style throughout(kitchen, bathrooms etc..). Large entance hallway, with plenty of storage room (2 double cupboards). The room for rent also has a built in cupboard. There are two bathrooms in the property one of which is the en suite from my room and wooden floors throughout.
