Nice rancher in quiet, dead-end street neighborhood. Deck in backyard with fire pit.
Close to Del-Tech, shopping and bus stops. Storage for bike and other items in garage.
Rent includes utilities. Central heat/air conditioning, cable. Internet available with modem and router.
Must like animals and be able to tolerate barking dogs on occasion, two large birds who sometimes get noisy.
Rent for remainder of this month will be pro-rated based on number of days left in month. Rent due on 1st of each month, no exceptions.
200 security deposit, payable over a two month period. First half due prior to moving in. Can be reduced if you want to mow lawn during spring, summer and fall. Must sign rental agreement.
