We are a couple aged 24, we are looking for a tenant to rent out a double bedroom in the house that we are in process of buying.
We are getting married at the end of this year and could do with the extra income.
We will be renting out a double room in a quiet road in West Molesey, it is approx a 5 min walk to the bus stop with good routes to Kingston Upon Thames.
We have a lovely garden that you will be more than welcome to use and internet access.
We are both easy going, we enjoy going out but are in majority of the time (money & dog!!!).
