Flatmate Situation: Hi We are a couple in our mid twenties / early thirties who are easy going and friendly. We have a stylish flat and are looking for a new housemate as our current one is moving on to pastures new. The flat consists of a bathroom (walk in shower and bath); kitchen with all mod-cons (including a six hob fancy cooker!) and most importantly your room is big, bright and airy and consists of a double bed, a large 4-door fitted wardrobe and shelving. The flat is centrally heated throughout and we have a small balcony where we keep our bikes which you are free to use also. We are on the second floor of a quiet close and we have private parking with ample spaces available. We also have the use of communal gardens and live within walking distance of supermarkets, fashion chains, coffee shops, a library and parks. Logistically we are a 2-3 min walk from Feltham overground station, taking you to Waterloo within 22 minutes and Clapham Junction in 15 minutes. Alternatively, Hatton Cross (Piccadilly line) is a bus ride away. We are also close to the M4, M3, M25 and Heathrow Airport, which is served by a multitude of buses which stop right outside the flat!
