| Flatmate Situation: I am a professional,30yrs,a stockbroker in banking presently Manchester for seminar on Uk stock exchange.i would love to rent out a room in my flat to a friendly person who could be a companion,even when i feel meeting Him/Her and also the room can be occupied by single and couples.
However,my apartment is very comfortable fully furnished flat-share on ground floor of brand new duplex flat.Located in quiet residential area on holloway road, 2 mins from Upper Street, with numerous shops, bars, restaurants & ammenities close by. Nearest tube: Highbury & Islington (6 mins walk),Angel(15 min walk), numerous buses to the City and West End.Two bedrooms, Spacious lounge, fully fitted large kitchen with washing machine,fridge,freezer,microwave, etc. Gas central heating,telephone, tv points and internet facilities.Situated on ground floor, fully selfcontained, acces front and rear,off street parking, gardens front and rear with barbque.cooking utensils and bedding supplied.No agents,available to occupy now.the room will be rented out for £400pcm utilities,security and bills all inclusive.
A refundable deposit of £400pcm is required.

As i have said earlier, i am presently in Manchester busy attending
a seminar which i am one of the facillitator.but can still come around if we both agree on a perfect date and time to meet.But ,what i am requesting for is the assurance that you are going to pay me and an evidence that you have the money to pay at hand when i come around,because i have had on several times whereby some people said theyare interested and after viewing and like the room and love to occupy.later they will also tell me to reduce the amount for them or willpay me later once they get a good job.For now i need your suggestion,because i cant afford to waste my time.
NOTE: i am not asking you to pay for the room you have not seen.
