Fully furnished, Private Toilet,and Shared Bathroom(2 bathrooms) and Fitted Kitchen.
House has a good sized garden, living room and dinning area.
Whole house is recently fully refurbished.
Provided the weekly cleaning service for the communal areas such as bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, halls, living room and garden.
The rent is fully inclusive of all bills which includes internet, utility bills and council tax.
There is space for off street parking.
The house is 5 Min away from the Surbiton Station in walking distance.
Minimum 6 month contract required.
3 weeks deposit and 3 weeks notice before you leave.

| Flatmate Situation: The room is one of the 5 rooms in a semidetached house in Berrylands, Surbiton.There are two rooms downstairs also kitchen that you can use with the other three.Upstairs ;there are bathroom and three rooms. The house is 10 minutes walk to Berrylands Station, 15-20 minutess walk to Surbiton station(you can take fast train to Waterloo from these stations). Frequent bus (K2) passes near the house, only 2 minutes from the house.
90 pounds per week is net to be paid at the beginning of the month every four weeks(which is 390 pounds p/month).
One month of deposit is required. Minumum "to let" period is 6 months but one year is preferred.
The room is quite spacious and sunny.You may also have access to garden and garage.Washing machine and microwave oven are available.
This rent does not include gas,electricity,water(These are equally shared about £30 for per person) but includes council tax.
