| Flatmate Situation: I’m an easy going quite person who is in the area to work but will have fun if it is offered. The flat is a brand new never lived in luxury apartment in the Park West development off Porters Way in West Drayton, the building comes with 24 hour concierge/security and a gym open till 11pm, it also has the facility of 2 city cars with free membership in the secure underground car park. It has security tab electric door entrance and has a lift to the flat on the top floor. It is very close to West Drayton train station and local bus routes.
The flat is built to a very high standard both the kitchen and bathroom (your own) have granite work tops, hardwood floor throughout apart from the bedrooms which have a very high quality cream carpet. kitchen includes a dishwasher. The lounge is furnished with contemporary furniture and a very large plasma TV with sky HD and wireless broadband.
Your room will fit a bouble bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table.
The flat is close to local bus routes to West Drayton train station and very close to Uxbridge.
The room can be ether furnished or unfurnished!
shower can be fitted if requested!

| Flatmate Situation: I have a large double room available to rent in my home in West Drayton. I live in the property with my well behaved 10 year old and 2 cats (not so well behaved). There is a bus stop right outside (U5) and easy access to West Drayton Station, Hayes and Harlington and Uxbridge as well as the A10 bus. Shered use of kitchen and bathroom (no shower!).
