About Me: Single room to rent

Flatmate Situation: About me - Friendly, relaxed busy person. I have 2 little dogs who are adoreable. I like my home to be relaxed and calm. Spend more than I earn, and would do even if I was earning a million pounds a year. I have a good social life and try not to spend too much time in front of the telly. Apart from Sunday when I love to take route on the sofa and watch all the rubbish they can show. The room - Single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wall unit with extra storage. All linen supplied as are towels if needed. Can't get excited about selling a single room so read the house description which is a little better. The house - I have spent many hours and shed many tears doing the house up. Having taken a lot of it back to bare brickwork and moved or removed some of the walls, I am now really proud of the result. I have to confess, i didn't do it all by myself. that would have involved me damaging more than the odd nail. Is a victorian terrace decorated fairly modern but comfortable. is quite minimalist as I can't stand clutter but don't panic, isn't all clinical and unhomely. With the exception of the bedrooms (obviously), the whole house will be shared. The Kitchen is pretty big and has the usual including microwave (brand new so maybe you can show me how it works) and dishwasher (no kitchen should be without one). The bathroom has both a bath and a freestanding shower cubicle. There is also a good size through lounge with cumfy leather sofa and chairs and at the dining room end patio doors which lead to the garden. The garden - work in progress is the best i can do there. Is about 80ft long and when finished with have a lowered terrace by the house, 2 raise patios a square of lawn and a couple of wide borders (unlikely to have plants in them for very long as I do not have green fingers). Planning to complete during the spring. Won't commit to which year though! The local area - Personally I feel really safe in the area. I have got the last tube back and walked from the station, I take the dogs out late at night. There are shops and restaurants less than 3 minutes walk from the door. Woodford station on Central Line is less than 10 minutes walk. There is a pub at the top of the road (not the liveliest place in the world). 3 super markets nearby either a short car/bus ride or 1 stop on the tube.

About Me: Double Room in Luxury 2 Bed Flat

Flatmate Situation: Hi there! My name is Rita and I m a 30 year old Italian. My friend and myself rent together a very nice modern two bedroom flat. She has now to move out in a month and Im looking for a new flatmate to share with this beautiful place:double room, large living room, balcony, all facilities, sky, internet, own spacious bathroom ... I work in retail in a department store in central London and spend most of my day at work but also enjoy going out with colleagues and friends sometime after work and at weekends. I m friendly and easy going ... I m very respectful of others and very easy to get on with. The flat is in a very nice residential area and there is also a parking space. It takes 10 mins walking to woodford tube station but if you dont fancy a walk, especially when cold and it s raining then there are two buses that would take you to south woodford tube station in few mins. It only takes half an hour to oxford circus on the central line, 20 mins to liverpool street and also very close to canary wharf. The place would be suitable for a non smoking prof.
