| Flatmate Situation: I'm 27, a graduate and professional, and work in Beverley. I'm easy going and open minded. I enjoy meeting up with friends, going to the cinema, swimming, reading and a chinese take away every now and again!
The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bookcase. The rest of the house is furnished, and has internet access, all mod cons, and a fridge each! Its a lovely modern house, really near to the town centre with off-street parking and a small garden. Its very convenient for working in Beverley or the commute to Hull.

| Flatmate Situation: The house is situated in a quiet residential location, close to Beverley town centre and railway station (10-12 min walk). Includes shared: dining room, lounge (sky TV), bathroom and kitchen area. Double glazed, gas central heating. Kitchen contains microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Gardens to front and rear. Gas, electric, water, TV License and council tax included. 1 room available- either: £70 per week. Room Furniture: bed (single), wardrobe and drawers, or £90 double room which has a double bed, wardrobe, built in wardrobe, desk, drawers, bedside cabinet. On road parking. Im a 28 year old, working in NHS finance (only here at weekends) the other housemate works for a local wine merchants.
