| Flatmate Situation: I am a young proffesional lady with a zest for life and I have a room to rent in my home. My house is situated within two minutes walk of Bishop Auckland Town Centre (great for commuting and rolling home after a good night out!!) at the bottom of the local park gates. It is an old style terraced town house with plenty of space going spare. At the rear of the house is a south facing private yard which gets the sun all day. As for me, I do share my home with my two little cats, Meg and Mog, who spend a lot of their time outside and are very friendly but never pester people.
As I said, I am a young professional and I work long hours so whoever moves in will have the luxuary of being home alone a lot of the time. I am a happy person and I'm relaxed (most of the time!!!) I am quite house proud and do like to keep the place clean and tidy however I am not one for hoovering daily!!!

| Flatmate Situation: Im looking for a sensible clean flat mate. My ideal tenant would be someone whom is very relaxed and able to cope with the house on their own during the week. I work away monday to friday everyweek doing my job so the tenant will have plenty freedom to do what they wish as long as the house is looked after. I am about 10 miles from durham city centre. so having your own transportation would be important. The house is on the edge of the village with some countryside views / nice neighbours and a pub 1 minute away. I dont smoke, but smokers are welcome as long as its done at the back door. The rent includes all bills sky, electricity, gas, internet, telephone. I also have an open fire in the living room so its never really a cold house. I also have a garden out front and a yard out the back.
Im also into a few outdoor sports at weekends, white water kayaking and mountain biking are my favourites
