About Me: Room to Rent

Flatmate Situation: I'm a 35 year old professional who lives on their own In Meanwood in a 3 bed detatched house. The street is very quiet and despite being just inside the ring road can have a village type feel to it, particularly in the Summer. I'm house proud and extremely tidy. I'm not a stickler for tidyness, I just find it easy and natural to do. I live a quiet life during the week, but do enjoy late nights on a weekend. I'm a big football fan and do watch a lot of sport during the week. I've only ever lived with close friends and girlfriends so if I'm honest I'm a little nervous about letting a complete stranger in my house. It's my house and I hope that whoever moved in would respect that fact.

Flatmate Situation: Hi, I'm looking to rent out 2 double bedrooms in a brand new fully furnished house, located in Churwell, Morley. The area is a chilled-out residential neighbourhood full of working professionals and lends itself to good access links to the city centre: Train station is virtually a stone's throw away - journey time roughly 5 mins; Bus Station down the road - journey time roughly 15 mins; Motorway junction nearby with est. drive time to be about 20 mins in the morn with traffic. There are also good amenities nearby e.g. supermarket, shopping centre (White Rose) etc. The house itself comes fully furnished with modern decor - all mod cons included e.g. LCD TV, Sky, Dishwasher, Broadband.
