Flatmate Situation: Hiya, My names Amy, I currently live in the house with two girls, however one of them is leaving in September! I rent the house off of my family which is why the rent is literally only £177 a month, and that is including the internet, TV, all the bills are paid for out of that! The house is not like a typical student house, it is in a beautiful area and it is very well maintained. Huge Huge living room, with large french doors opening out onto the garden, which is maintained by a professional gardener every month We have a very large kitchen, with everything included (micro-wave, kettle, fridge, freezer, all cutlery etc) with another french door opening out onto the garden average sized bathroom upstairs, and all the bedrooms are fully furnished with wardrobes, beds, and they recently all had new carpets fitted There is a bus stop directly outside the house that goes into town, and the shops (co-op, one stop, launderette, gym etc) a two minute walk away, and the main area of Headingley is about a 15minute walk away, of £2 in a taxi It really is worth coming to look at the house :) thank you!

Flatmate Situation: The flat in Adel is 5 minutes from the busy Headingley bar and restaurant scene and 10 minutes from Leeds city centre. There is a bus route at the end of the road and always available parking outside the flat. The flat is currently occupied by 28 year old profesional male, interests include going to the gym, playing golf and watching and playing a vartiety of sports. Also enjoys a wide social calender. The room up for rent is a double room with wooden flooring and will easily accomodate a double bed and other bits of furniture. There is also a fitted wardrobe to hang clothing. The window overlooks the large gardened area. The Living room is large with black leather sofas and the kitcken and bathroom are modern and well looked after. To the rear of the house is a large gardened area that is used for barbeques in the summer. The price of £350 includes RENT, ALL BILLS, ALL SKY TV CHANNELS and WIRELESS BROADBAND. There will be no smoking within the flat, and the double room will come furnished or can come unfurnished.
