Flatmate Situation: The house is a 4 bedroom townhouse, and has only been lived in for 2 years. it is furnished to a high standard, and in a quiet location near to metro station and local shops. About Me: Three professional girlies looking for a new flatmate to share our house in Jesmond xxx

Flatmate Situation: We are three girls (aged 23-26) who have a room to rent in a gorgeous four bed house. We have a spare room, the biggest room in the house, with lovely views over Jesmond Dene. The house is in a great location, it is close enough to bars and town, but far enough away from all the students! The rent is £325 per month - That doesnt include any bills, but after council tax etc it prob comes to around £400 a month, maybe just over. The room is available as soon as possible, ideally for someone to move in before Christmas. We are looking for someone we can get on with, we all enjoy going out at weekends and do tend to stay in through the week as we all work mon-fri, but we often stay in together with a dvd and bottle of wine. We all get on really well and would love another girl or boy who we get on with too.
