Flatmate Situation: The room is in a 1904 mid terraced house in East Ardsley. The property is within easy access of the M1/M62 for drivers, there is a bus route at the end of the street that serves both Wakefield and Leeds and it is about 5 mins drive to Outwood train station. The room measures approx. 2.5m x 3m which is big enough for a double but has a 3/4 in at the moment to offer a bit more space. Features include high ceilings, large south facing double glazed window and oringinal cast iron fireplace. The house has a good sized living room and a huge kitchen with plenty of storage. To the rear is a good sized enclosed yard with oringinal stone paving. Leading off the kitchen are steps down to a converted cellar which is perfect for storage. The house bathroom is also large with separate bath and walk-in shower. Rent includes: TV licence, uncapped wireless internet & free landline calls. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get on with and doesn't leave too much mess around (nobody's perfect!) other than that anything goes. I enjoy anything from a night in with a few drinks, some home cooking and a film, a game of pool or darts down at the local or a big night out.
