| Flatmate Situation: Hi Im Amy and I am looking for a new flatmate for the Apartment I currently have with my friend, she is moving out on the 25th Aug so it will be available from them until Feb 2009 or for as long as we want after that. The flat is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms and 2 double rooms. It has a 52" Plasma TV with all the mod cons. The apartment block is extremely safe with electric gates and even has a jacuzzi and steam room! Its very glam! Its about a 2 mintue walk to Altrincham Tram Stop which takes about 20 minutes to get into town!

| Flatmate Situation: This is a good sized double room with a floor to ceiling fitted wardrobe and double bed. The house is spacious with a large living room and kitchen. The garden is a good size, with both grass and decking. It has all the modcons: gas central heating, washing machine, cable TV (and TiVo), wireless, Wii, etc. There's an office which you're welcome to use too.
The house is a short walk to the metro station and really well situated for commuting into and out of Manchester. I'm looking for someone who's relaxed, fairly tidy and reliable. Although I'm a live in landlord, I'll be away four nights a week on average so you'll largely have the run of the place.

| Flatmate Situation: I have a large double bedroom,which would be £350 pcm and a smaller single room at £250, both part furnished, to rent out in a quiet part of Altrincham, close to the local metro station and bus services. There is parking available at the property. The house is a 3 bedroomed terraced cottage, with garden and newly refurbished front room, kitchen and bathroom.
I'm looking for 2 female tenants who enjoy meeting new people, having a giggle, and generally having fun!
Currently its just me in the house, along with alfie and evie my 2 kittens! Im a 20 year old girl, working full time.
I like going out, but love staying in and chilling out in front of the television. Movies and deperate housewives are my favourite things to chill out with.
