Currently I live with my sister and already rent out one room (Neil and his cat who have got a new job in Coventry so will be leaving us 01/11/08). The room contains a double bed, built in wardrobe, there is also a TV in the room if you don't have one. The flat has most things tv, dvd, free view in the lounge. Kitchen has microwave, washer, fridge freezer ect...... bath and shower in bathroom. Very warm and cosey flat with central heating in all rooms.
Walking distance of the local shops, takeaways and the no.4 pub just down the road (it's a well known pub)bus stops just around the cournerfrom the flat. Quite resedential area, not far from town centre. Price including bills (eg council tax, gas, electric and water rates) is £362.50pcm.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy and reliable.
Me- well iwork nights mainly, watch tv and chill out when i'm in, i also love to cook. I've got 2 really cute kitten aswell that you fall in love with.
