| Flatmate Situation: I am a 26 year old male, and have a 2 bedroom house in a nice part of Burnley, called Lowerhouse!
I have a large garden, and a large reception room, with a decent sized kitchen, and 2 medium sized bedrooms.
I am looking for somebody who is clean & tidy and respectful of other peoples property.
You will have the house to yourself most weekends as I work every other saturday and also spend a lot of time at my girlfriends house in Leeds.
I don't expect a deposit, but would like 1 rent month up front. And the person who rents the spare room, must have a job, as I won't tolerate dole dossers. I am easy going, but I used to be in the army for 5 years, so i'm quite regimented, and expect you to do your share around the house!
All of your bills will be included within the £300 pcm.
I will be honest and say that I am looking at selling at the moment, however with the slow down in the housing market it could take anything up to a year to sell, so the house would be perfect for someone who is looking to stay between 4-12 months.
