Due to split with ex, I need to let out my spare bedroom. Included is 2 wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers, own large TV, all bills included, use of a huge library of music films and tv shows, internet use, 2 living rooms - one of which has 50" plasma, use of garage and driveway, fully equipt kitchen, end of terrece house, clean recently decorated enviroment £280 Per month. Room consists of double bed, 2 double wardrobes, small chest of drawers, 2 double power points, 21" TV, outdoor TV ariel, recently decorated, lock on door if requested. Broadband is available wired/wirelessly no charge, cordless phone for incoming calls. Use of own living room with another TV. I work full time 6 days per week. age 28, non smoker, I keep place clean and tidy, easy to get along with, allergic to pets
