| Flatmate Situation: We are three professional males who share a house in a gated community in Whalley Range. We now have a spare room available to rent.
The house is a very large semi with secure off road parking. It has a fully fitted kitchen and open plan dining/lounge area as well as two bathrooms.
We are all fairly active so its not often we are all in at the same time but spend a lot of time socialising with each other when we are.
The bedrooms are more than big enough to have your own space when you want it.

| Flatmate Situation: Available room in a flat in Manchester, near to the City Centre just 20 minutes walking and 10 minutes to Salford University. There is a bus stop near where you can get a free bus to the city centre.
Double bed in a medium size room. Sharing with 2 girls workers and students.
Internet, parking, international calls to 35 countries free.
The rent is 210 pounds per calendar month, bills apart. There is a one month deposit but it will be return when the person leaves the flat.

| Flatmate Situation: There are currently three people living in this house in Altrincham. We are all easy going, enjoy the usual things in life. The house is a large 4 bed house with a newly converted loft room. It is 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metrolink station and is also within easy walking distance of the town centre and local amenities.
The bedroom is a large size, it has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Off road parking is available at the house.
