I am a live in landlord of my house, and one room is becoming available, The house is in near top order and has a happy and chilled out feeling to it. I require someone happy,tidy and easygoing to share our house, which has all the appliances available as in home from home. I have a cleaner that does the bulk of the cleaning once a week in the kitchen,bathroom and the hoovering of lounge and landing areas,but all i ask for is the tennants keep the place clean and tidy(including their rooms) during the week and a contribution towards cleaning acessaries(dishwasher tablets,bleach etc) Rent books used to keep an eye on rent taken.
