Flatmate Situation:
We currently have a spare room in our flat at Eglantine Avenue, just on the corner of the Lisburn Road.
There is currently one male and two girls. We are aged between 21 and 26, two of us work during the day and the third is a student.
It is a quiet house, no parties, clean, in a great location. We have internet access and Freeview TV (around £45 per month, which we split), three bathrooms and a large kitchen/sitting room.
Two of us are smokers, and there’s a handy smoking area just out the back if you smoke too.
