Flatmate Situation: Hi, there are four of us living in a flat and unfortunately one of the girls has to move home due to issues with uni. We are looking for someone to move in immidiatly. Flatmate Situation: The flat has two bedrooms, bathroom with electric shower and bath, a small kitchen, a utility room (with storage space, a large freezer and washing machine) and a large living room with a dining table in it. I'm 26 and am at work during the week and am out of the flat a few evenings, playing sports or volunteering. I have friends round for dinner or a movie night every few weeks but you’d be more than welcome to join us. I have people to stay for the weekend a couple of times a year to attend rugby matches.

Flatmate Situation: Flat is close to bus stops and shops, is a twenty minuate bus ride fron city centre. Is a five minuate walk fron the Royal infirmary. I am a single 23 year old female very friendly and out going.

Flatmate Situation: Me and my flatmates Andy and Alan are looking for a person who is needing a room! The flat is in a very quiet area of Marchmont and located just 5 mins away from Nicolson St where there are the main shops and many available buses that go into town. Close to Edinburgh Uni, Kings Buildings and Napier campus's. We are on the 2nd floor and there is a newsagents just beside us so takes 2 seconds if you need to buy anything. In the flat, there is a hall with a dining table, kitchen with sofa, washing machine, bathroom with fitted shower and bath, seperate toilet with sink and 4 seperate bedrooms (3 double, 1 single) All rooms are equipped with fire alarms. We are planning to get Sky TV/Broadband once everyones in! Permit Parking is also available. The room is a double room with a large wardrobe, double flat bed, chest of drawers and desk. Wooden floors. Bright and spacious. We are looking for people who are willing to stay at least a year or as long as possible in this flat and who are clean, good fun, easy going and friendly.
