| Flatmate Situation: Hi guys. I'm Sammy, looking for a lodger/sharer to live with me in my own home. House is on Cherwell Heights and 15 min walk to town. I'm easy going, I have a fiancee who will be there too. Both professionals. I'm 24, he is 23. We have cats. House is incredibly tidy and modernised. Rent includes ALL utilities inc phone, wireless boradband, full sky + package.
We are also kind souls who include basic food too, ie bread.milk cereals.
Room available is a small double room but has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, but 3rd bedroom is also free to store belongings ie computer etc.
