| Flatmate Situation: IM A Landlord living elswhere,seeking 3 persons who each can afford between £65 & £75 per week in rent.The 3 rooms are all different sizes.The cheapest@£65pw is the smallest room.Its a smart detached house in an expensive/but popular area of berko half a mile from the train station& town centre.Thus its easy to get into central london..The house has an utility room & a separate lounge for the tenants,use.The 3 wc s & numerouse other facilities means no waiting for the loo etc.There are several showers,basins,& a bath.All mod cons,& also a washing machine.The mostly grassed & well kept garden is the largest in the road,& is complimented by the patio area.

| Flatmate Situation: I'm a busy 29 year old, works in central London or sometimes from home. Looking for considerate, trustworthy, quiet flat mate to share lovely flat in Berkhamsted on the canal. I'm away a lot at weekends as boyfriend lives in Manchester so alternate weekends here or there. Not a party flat, more of a quiet nights in with bottle of wine and dinner flat. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance but quiet location. Parking space, fully furnished small double room (unfurnished if preferred) with water views.
