| Flatmate Situation: I am looking to rent out a large double room, furnished with pine double bed, in a modern fully equipped house to a professional person like myself. I am 33 and work as a Senior Procurement Officer at West Sussex County Council. I like to relax in the evenings and go out at weekends. I enjoy going down the gym and at the weekends play rugby for a local team, I am an outgoing person who enjoys socialising.
The House is 10 min walk to the sea and approx 20 min walk to Bognor train station and 5 min to the local bus stop. There is also easy on-street parking. The rent of £85pw includes all other costs apart from the cost of phone calls, use of all house amenities, broadband internet access with a landline and TV aerial connection in the room.

| Flatmate Situation: A light and spacious room, with built in mirrored wardrobe, so plenty of hanging and draw space.
The house has a large garden, sitting room, kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, conservatory, and there is wifi access if required.On street parking.
The area is quiet. There are 3 pubs, Indian restaurant, Chinese take away, doctors and all the usual shops within walking distance. Regular bus service, and a 3 min walk to the beach.
You will be sharing with myself and my 3 cats so an animal lover is a must. I am sociable and easy going.
