Flatmate Situation: We are a young professional couple looking for a lodger to rent our good sized furnished single room, available for 3 months from 1st May for £350 inclusive of all bills – this includes wireless broadband internet. Our house has two bathrooms (but we only really use one of them so the other is for the lodger!), a large living room and a kitchen with all the usual appliances. We also have a small garden with a patio and garden furniture. It’s about 2 mins walk to the 24hr bus stops on Lewes Road or 20 mins walk to town and there is also free on-street parking if you have a car. We’re a happy, friendly couple who like it quiet in the week but enjoy the weekend! We’d like someone who is easy going, friendly and considerate. We’d also like someone who doesn’t mind cats as we have two of them! You will need to provide references from a previous landlord/employer and you’ll be required to sign a 3-month fixed term tenancy agreement. Smokers are ok but no smoking in the house please.
