Flatmate Situation: One bedroom in a house with three other men. Two are students and one works full time. They are very clean and great company! They are very laid back. The bedroom comes with a king size bed, very big wardrobe, a desk, chair, lamp, and even a fireplace to make it scenic! The house has a washing machine and drier, the kitchen has everything a kitchen should have, the garden is well kept and spacious (great for bbqs if it's not raining). The house is a five minute walk from sainsburys and has an off license next door. I'm moving out as i have a job in London now. Only £72.50 a week, and the contract will only be January-August, perfect for those looking for temporary accomodation. And you don't even have to put down a deposit!
