The double room has become available in a first floor flat, situated on the first floor of an old Victorian town house close to Kemptown Village, Sussex County Hospital, Amex and Brighton College. The large original wood bay windows in the lounge over look Brighton College playing fields. We are 2 minutes from the sea front and 15 minutes to the Old Steine. The flat has a lot of character as well as modern fixtures and fittings, including dishwasher, washing machine, leather sofas, microwave etc etc…see pics The bedroom itself has a flight of 6 stairs within it so the main area is very secluded and quite. We also have central heating, wireless, landline and Virgin tele. We are 24 and 28, someone of a similar age preferred. About us: I work for an arts consultant and Scott is a warehouse manager. We both smoke. We usually end up pubbing rather than clubbing, beaching it up in the summer, playing xbox (not me) and generally enjoying all the delights Brighton has to offer.
