Flatmate Situation:
I am currently sharing with two other who are leaving in january due to work. We have a 3 bedroom , 3 storey masionette. There are two double rooms available. The largest is £345 and the second is £335. The bills are £100 a month , this includes gas , electric , water ,council tax , tv license , cable tv and internet and our cleaner for an hour a week who takes care of all the communal areas. there is no permit parking so you would be fine with a car. the house is in Preston Park , which is a 20 min walk into the center. There is a bus stop 100m from the house also
