I have a really big double room available in a 5 bedroom house-share with 4 other students immediately. The rent is £85 a week, which is £368.33 per calendar month.
Deposit and agency fee will be required.
The house is located in Brighton (Hollingdean) 10-min walk from London road station. It's fully furnished with a double bed, 2 chest of drawers, a desk, a side table and a wardrobe. We also have every equipment needed in a kitchen and living. Washing machine, Virgin broadband etc.
