The rest of the flat is fully furnished with open plan kitchen/living room. The flat is located on corner of Western Road & Cambridge Road. Easy access to bus stops, shops and the beach. Only 10 minute walk into town & 15 to Brighton station. The room would be available the last week of September and ideally I’m looking to share with a professional who is based in Brighton on a long term basis as the tenancy runs for a minimum of 6 months at a time. Now the boring bit: Rent - £400 per month Bills –inclusive of council tax, phone, broadband, gas, water, electricity & TV licence - £100.00 per month Agency Fees – aprox. £180.00 (one off payment paid directly to lettings agency) Deposit - £350.00 Deposit & first months rent paid in advance. Flatmate Situation: OK so me and my friend have found an amzing flat in Brighton and moving in on the 20th of April, there was 3 of us and the other girl has pulled out so we are looking for a new fun and bubbly flat mate with a great sense of humor and up for a laugh we are 2 girls im 19 and caz is 23 we love to go out meet new people and like our nights in aswell, the flat we are moving into is enormous its 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom so you will have your own double bedroom and your own un-suite bathroom, its furnished but you do need a bed thats it, the kitchen has everything u need and and so does the living room we have a dining room and 120 ft balcony which goes round most of the apartment with sea views we are right opposite the beach and with only 7 mins away from church hill square you cant go wrong, we will be charging 120 a week thats including all of your bills aswel, we are both really chilled out and clean so all we ask is that you respect the flat..... we both smoke but we smoke on the balcony, we are looking for a full time worker or a student.....we were originally looking for another girl to join us but a male would be ok aslong as he can put up with the chick flicks any sexual reference is fin eunfortunatly no pets as the land lord wont allow it but we are hoping to move in by the 20th of april so if your up for it pleases give me a text or e-mail me be great to hear from you :) xx
