Flatmate Situation: We're two young professional guys currently living in a large modern three bedroom flat in Hove and are looking for an extra flatmate to move into a room from April 8th (negotiable). The room is on the 2nd floor and unfurnished but also comes with an ensuite shower. We've got broadband and Sky HD (sports & movies), whilst the front room has a log fireplace and the kitchen contains all the usual, including a washing machine and fridge/freezer. The flat is on Clarendon Villas and is just a few minutes walk away from Tescos and the train station plus only 20 minutes walk into Brighton. All major bus routes go past the end of the road as well. The A23/27 is a few minutes drive away and there's also onstreet parking available (Zone N parking permit required, although there's currently no waiting list).
