Flatmate Situation: We have a lovely, double room (very good size!) available from the end of July in our comfy and well kept flat. We are looking for a friendly, sociable, professional female to share with my flatmate as I am relocating to Southampton. You will have the share of the flat along with one other person and alot of the time you will have the place to yourself! Included in the rent: council tax, water, tv and freeview channels, service charges, maintenance, off-street parking space. There is an additional arial point in the bedroom should you wish to have your own television in the room as well. The lounge is a very good size (and you can just see the sea from the fron window!), the bathroom is of a good size with a bath and attached shower and the kitchen has been recently decorated. There is plenty of storage in the flat and there is also a storage shed outside for bikes, etc. The flat is 1 street back from the seafront and a 5 minute walk from the Marina, it is easy to walk into town along the seafront, and there is a bus stop across the road also for easy access around Brighton. An added bonus of this flat is that you will have off-street private parking included within the rent for yourself and/or visitors. The flat is in the perfect location for nurses or doctors working at the nearby hospital or indeed for any professionals needing easy access into the town centre or to get to the area surrounding Brighton.
