About Me: Modern Double bedroom regency block near Hove seafront
Flatmate Situation:
I'm looking to rent a lovely double size furnished bedroom in a newly modernised and decorated Regency seafront flat in Central Hove. 2 mins from the sea and approx 15-20 mins walking to Hove station. I'm a friendly sociable non-smoking straight bloke passionate about 60's/70's design and watersports oh! and Morroco's on the seafront best coffee/ice-cream in Brighton, breakfasts are quite wicked too. Those who are in the know, know about Morrocos! All amenities are included in the flat, kitchen facilities, dishwashers - love them, stylish bathroom with bath/shower, GCH, along with wireless broadband etc. Parking is by residence permit though no waiting list for zone N. All bills included but not parking I'm afraid. Just to put everyone's mind at ease, the username means I love the seafront and not that I take drugs. Phew!

About Me: Three Sussex gals, looking for one more student
Flatmate Situation:
OH HAI,
*Waves*
So here's the sob story folks; Three, stay at home watching DVDs/eating ice cream gals ventured out and about and found the most perfect student house, for when term starts again in September.
When I say perfect, I mean perfect:
Three double bedrooms and a single (fully furnished with >3 year old matching beds, desks, wardrobes, chest of drawers in each bedroom etc. and beautifully decorated), in a really pretty and quiet area...no more than a fifteen minute walk away from Sussex campus. The landlady is perhaps the most student-friendly in Brighton and (here comes the best part) the rent would be £1400 pcm between us, including EVERY bill (excluding TV licence...which again would be split between us).
So far, sounding perty good right? We all fell in love with the place on seeing it and I rung up and secured it for us...no matter what, we ARE moving in come September...
But then *cue dramatic music* our fourth person decided she didn't want to go for this awesometastic house (we've concluded that she's a fool to herself to be passing up this place...a lovely fool, but a fool nevertheless), leaving myself and the two other gawgeous ladies kinda in a predicament...
*WE NEED A FOURTH PERSON*
Hell, her loss is our gain right?
Preferences really are kept to a minimum and are just an idealistic guideline (because we're laid back and perty much get on with anybody), so here goes with the idealistic criteria:
You are (or are not):
Female (or male)
A non smoker (or someone who doesn't mind going outside to do so)
A Sussex Uni student (or Brighton...we won't tease you for it...much)
Aged 19-25 (though we'll go a few years either way)
NOT a party animal during the week...it's not really our thing...(but weekends are yours to stay out dancing 'til your heart's content)
You've got to at least *like* ice cream, vodka and coke and DVDs...if you love it, then you're a shoe in!
Also, I should say...that potentially (because you would be in a perty large double bedroom, after all) we wouldn't mind a couple moving in with us...
So yes, go ahead and reply to this long-winded ad.
PLEASE reply to this long-winded ad. We don't bite (well the other two don't...and I won't on request) and the sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can find out if we like you (and vice versa), answer any and all questions, send you pictures of the house/potentially arrange a viewing, meet up and so on and so forth.
Can't wait to hear from you!
