Bright single room available to rent in a lovely split-level flat in East Hove.
The Flat is Central Heated, has wireless broadband, phone, washing Machine, Shower, Bath and is situated very close to the sea front & Western Road (approx 15 min walk into Brighton town centre).
You’ll be sharing with two other young professionals; we're tidy and friendly non-smokers and we work reasonable hours (9 to 5’s). The flat tends to be quieter during the week, though we both like to socialize over the weekends! :)
Rent excludes all bills (council tax is approx £40 per month) and the flat is rented through a private landlady (meaning no agency fees) though a 6 week deposit is required.
