2bed flat in Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne, within 2 minutes walk of cinema, shops, pub, restaurants and beach. Furnished to a high standard. 8meg wireless broadband, sky HD (complete package). Room is a good size with built in wardrobe and new bed, also has internet point in the room. More of a flatshare than just renting a room, I am 25 enjoy sports mainly football and kickboxing,going to the gym, going out and meeting new people.
