About Me: Double room and private Bathroom in modern 3 bed house

Flatmate Situation: I have a good sized double room and bathroom available, in my 3 bed house in Titchfield Park. I am 25 years old and female. I work for a large IT company as a Client Manager; I enjoy socialising on an evening out/or in with friends and my boyfriend. I have been sharing my house with a long term friend who has decided to move in with her boyfriend. A professional cleaner will come once a week. She will clean the entire house, however, will not do your room and bathroom unless you request this for extra an extra cost. I am clean and tidy, fun and easy going with a good sense of humour. I don’t mind if you smoke but not in the house. If you are looking for just weekdays this is also fine (even preferable) and we can adjust the rent to reflect this. I do have 2 cats so please bear this in mind. I would prefer somebody who is professional fun and easy to get along with. The room is part furnished with a wardrobe and shelves, but if you want to bring your own i can move it out. My house is in Titchfield Park, very close to Whitely, is about 9 miles from Southampton, 4 miles from Fareham and 12 miles from Portsmouth. I have sky TV, Broadband, a rowing machine as well as gym standard cross trainer you are welcome to use. The house is of a high standard (decorated 1 year ago) and the garden has recently been completely gutted and redone with a large decking area outside which is lovely in the summer as it is South facing. I am looking for someone to bring in on a 6 month mutual contract, however happy to have a trial for a term of 3 months first. Bills are extra per month

About Me: Double room for rent in new flat

Flatmate Situation: Recently re-decorated - pictures to follow Flat share top floor (3rd floor), modern open plan flat, nice size double room and furnished. All bills inclusive of TV, Cable and 2mb broadband. The kitchen is fully fitted out and lounge is a great place to chill out. There’s storage in the loft if you need it and also a bike store if you’re the cycling type it’s a very nice quiet, safe area. The flat is in Fareham, just in between Southampton and Portsmouth which are just a 10-15 minute drive away, so your away from the hussle, bussle and traffic but its just round the corner. Just 3 minutes walk to main Fareham train station and 10 minutes walk to the main bus station and town centre. I'm 28, male and straight, really easy going and laid back.. I'm out during the day working and in and out in the evening so the place is yours a majority of the time.
