| Flatmate Situation: There are two of us living here at the moment myself, and my friend James. We have a Large double room for rent which comes with its own bathroom (not en-suite). The house is newly refurbished with top spec fittings throughout. The property has broad band internet, sky plus and a hot tub! We are situated 10mins walk from the town center and train station in the preffered south side of Farnham with off street parking and a garage.

| Flatmate Situation: I’m 25 and work as a translator in Farnham. I’ve been here for just over 18 months but now my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I need to find someone else to move in.
The room available is a decent-sized double with built-in wardrobes/cupboards and the option of a bed/possibly more furniture if you need it. The flat is in a nice area of Farnham and has off-road parking.
The rent includes the water bill but other bills would be split between the 2 of us, I’ve estimated that they work out to about £90 a month but obviously that could change a bit.
