| Flatmate Situation: Hi i am a 32 year old who works as a secondary school teacher. We live in a brand new house with three bedrooms and a garden. The room that is being rented out is a double room with flatscreen tv and sky access . We are faiirly quiet people but do enjoy our weekends. We not into the clubbing and pubbing scence but do enyy an odd glass of wine. We also have a large garage which i have just converted into a den which backs onto the house. Can be used for the prospective tenant as a place to themselves for perhaps own privacy.A lovely room not to be missed.All mod cons and wireless internet available, ample parking.

| Flatmate Situation: ok well the house is a three bed,with a large kitchen average lounge,decked rear garden and large shed for any storage if needed.bathroom is a year old and the kitchen has a beech block work tops buttler sink etc, we're also having new carpets through out this month.your be sharing with two men age of 29 & 30 i'm a carpenter and run my own business so i have a van if you need to move anything,other house mate is a green keeper but most importantly were both easy going all we need is someone to move in for six months to cover the rent you dont need a deposit as we've been here two years and the landlord is our good friend.and all other bills are covered ie tv phone internet water gas
