The house is in an excellent location right near the main Guildford station, a bus stop a few metres away with bus links to university, Tesco and town. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and cinema!
The room on offer is a large fully furnished double bedroom offering plenty of storage space, study desk and sofa!
Rent is £370 per month including bills (gas and electricity). Only other utlitiy to pay is £3 per month for Broadband internet.
Students and professionals both welcome!
