| Flatmate Situation: A double-room for rent in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom appartment in Hertford. On St. Andrews Street, right on the river, you couldnt get more central. It is a modern conversion of an old mill, with a balcony over the river and private courtyard parking behind electric gates. Short walks to both Hertford East and Hertford North Station, as well as all the obvious advantages of being right in town.
The appartment is large, and furnished. The bedroom can be as furnished as you would like with plenty of stuff in storage that can be used, or it can all be taken out for your own things. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, etc as well as low voltage lighting throughout, plasma TV, etc etc.
Im a 24 year old, Easy going guy. Most days of the week I work from home, running a small company, but that does not mean that I am here all the time or that I require too much sleep and quiet.
Trying not to sound like some kinda 'date profile' I get on with all kinds of people, am clean and tidy, dont take myself too seriously, considerate, and love to go out.
