| Flatmate Situation: The house is over 3 floors, fully modernised with some original features, freshly painted and carpeted. Clean and modern kitchen - wm, ff, mw, range cooker. Sparkling bathroom with jacuzzi bath, seperate power shower and a seperate loo. Lounge area and cellar for storage.
All rooms are dbl, new ikea furniture and recently painted - desk area. Rent includes: gas, elec, tax, water & bb.
I don't live in the house anymore - I've had to move up North as my father is seriously unwell - so I'm now a live-out landlady!
