About Me: Double room for rent
Flatmate Situation:
The house is privately owned by myself and is situated on the Lea Park estate in Thame. It is a terrace house with small back garden and patio and a large green out the front with ample parking space. The room itself is fully furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms are both small but functional but the main living/dining room is a decent size with sky tv and internet.
I'm an outgoing person and love sport, in particular sailing which means I'm often away at weekends. I work locally 9 to 5 and in the evenings go to the gym or play squash, cycle etc. I'm pretty easy going and am looking for someone like minded who enjoys having a laugh and going for a pint or firing up the bbq every now and then. I own the house so am looking for someone who'll respect it and be prepared to do their fair share of the housework!
Ideally I'd like someone of a similar age (27) and interests, no preference male or female but preferably not a smoker or pet owner.
