| Flatmate Situation: I am a 28 year old male, i have 2 children (age 8 & 5) who stay with me for sometimes. Also, a labrador dog (v. friendly and a bit stupid). The house is in a small cul de sac on a popular quiet estate in Thatcham, Berks. Thatcham town centre is about a 15 minute walk, the railway station is a 5 minute drive, and Newbury town centre is about a 10 minute drive as is the Vodafone HQ (the Vodafone bus also stops at the top of the road!). There is open countryside/woods etc about a 5 minute walk away too.
The house benefits from 2 bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs toilet. Living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, Utility room, Garage, and plenty of Parking.
I have Wireless Broadband, Sky+, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, and a cleaner etc. etc. - Anything to make life easy!
Also, have a nice garden with Patio etc.

| Flatmate Situation: I'm a 25yo male living on my own in a nice quiet cul-de-sac in a nice part of Thatcham. I'm a laid back friendly person who enjoys all the usual things, going out at weekends, summer bbq's chillin infront of tv etc.
The room available is a good size double. The rest of the house will be shared. All mod cons available dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, internet, sky+ etc. Ample driveway parking. Anything else you want to know just ask.
