About Me: Lovely Double Room

Flatmate Situation: I have a lovely double room for rent in my house in Waterlooville. The house is at the beginning of a quiet cul-de-sac and is totally detached. The neighbours either side are lovely (a retired couple on one side and a professional young couple on the other side). There is a large back garden with a lovely stone patio which has a bbq and seating area which is perfect for the summer. We are within a 5 minute walk of a Tesco Express and a 10 to 15 minute walk of Waterlooville Town Centre which has all the usual shops i.e. Asda, Waitrose, Boots etc. I am 44, female and straight. I work in the City of London and travel in every day Monday to Friday so leave the house at 6am and tend to return around 7pm. The house is close to the A3 with easy access to London, Portsmouth and Guildford and within easy driving distance of mainline railway stations. Flatmate Situation: Hi i have available a large single room to rent in my large 4 bed roomed house. You will have full use of the house sky TV down stairs but can have a extra box fitted in you room for an extra £5 per week.
