Flatmate Situation:
Friendly, bubbly, large family home, sociable and welcoming. Quiet Close, large garden. Regular barbeques in the summer!! Two children, aged 5 and 1, neither wake before 7.30, which is nice. Two dogs, Rhodesian Ridgeback and Sussex Spaniel, both friendly as anything. Very laid back household. Rent includes a weekly cleaner, and I'm happy to help with laundry - but DON'T do ironing! LOL Cable TV in lounge, can be routed to bedroom, but will be 5 teresstrial (sp?) channels and whatever's on downstairs on cable. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in kitchen. Room can be furnished or unfurnished as required.
Absolutely no drugs under any circumstances.
Rent can be dropped for negotiable babysitting (they are good - I promise!) but is certainly not obligatory.
If a large dinner is prepared for the kids (rarely, so don't bank on it) there has always previously been a plateful for the lodger. If I fancy doing a roast, will check to see if you're in that night, so I can allocate roast potatoes!! See what a cool place to live this is. LOL

Im a professional guy 34. I have a 1 bedroom apartment in West Worthing near to seafront and station. Looking for a professional guy to share with me. The flat has only 1 large bedroom so is a case of sharing room but happy to screen off etc. Apartment is well appointed lux kitchenwith appliances & bathroom with steam shower unit. Parking no problem. Wireless internet. Balcony. Good size lounge/dining space with widescreen tv and freeview. Happy to treat the right person as a proper housemate and not just a lodger. I'm a social person and enjoy a beer/glass of wine after work.
